Baby Update #3

So, here's my belly at 19 weeks!

And for the big news.....we are having a GIRL!!! We are so excited! Okay, maybe I am a little more excited than Skylar at this point but he says he is happy about it! He also said that he has always thought it was going to be a girl so he wasn't surprised. The first thing he said was, "that just means more hunting trips for me!" I'll know when he's had enough girl drama when he all of a sudden has a hunting trip to go on! I also told him that he is free to go just as long as he takes Slade! Poor guy, he's going to be playing with babies and barbies for a while! For me, I was very surprised because my gut feeling was that it was a boy! My sickness was a lot more similar to Slade's pregnancy than Daisy's and I just knew that it was a boy. Strange how that works out. She is doing good although she is measuring a couple weeks small, there is no concern at this point. Her heart was beating strong and I've been feeling her a lot more lately. The DR looked at her measurements and said she is measuring like a model! Haha! She has a tiny waist and long legs so far but we all know that won't be reality :)

I am however finding it very hard to think of girl names. Many of you may know that Skylar is extremely picky on names. It's almost annoying. He does not like unisex names, names that rhyme with words that the child can be made fun of, no patterns, and so many other rules. So, if anyone has an idea, please pass it along! Slade and Daisy were both named the day they were born and after much consideration.

Congrats.... Daisy will fun, Slade on the other hand He will need to spend a lot more time with Daddy... Dang it!!! I feel your pain on names. Shane is beyond picky and He hasn't like one that I have thrown out there. Good luck on that one.

YEAH!! I was SO excited when I got your text! You are SO tiny, there isn't anything there. My stomach is bigger than that and the only thing in it is Taco Bell. Love you! - I'll be thinking of some names.

WHAT? THAT is your nearly-20-week belly? No wonder she's measuring a tiny waist :)
How about "Felicity?" that is REALLY girly. or "Imnotaboy?"

Congratulations!! I was just thinking how nice it will be to have two girls so close in age. Besides teenage years, they will be the best of friends! I love having a sister I'm close to as I'm sure you do too!! I guess Slade is gunna be even more protective than he is now! I can't wait to meet the little sweetie!!

Congrats! I want another girl too. I miss the bows and frilly things. I wont pass on any names though, cause I am not sure if I may want to use them or not!

I have one! How about Ava? I thought it sounded cute with Slade and Daisy and there aren't any other words that rhyme with it to be teased with...

Congrats! how fun! You look great for how far along you are! Why is it that the guys are so picky? Jeff was the same way.

Yay another girl!!! I love girls!:) I honestly feel so bad for women that do all the work and then when it comes time for names and theres one you like your husband shoots it down. Why are they boogers about it? I am so glad that Dusty has liked every name I have considered. If he was like that I dont know what I would do honestly. I agree with the mean name calling but whatev. HI I was BS in high school and everyone thought that was sooooo funny. But good luck with the name thing. OH and I can not believe your 19 week belly!!!! It looks like you are just pushing your stomach out to look like you are pregnant!!!! I am a hater of you:) This is why I am not getting preggo till I lose lots of weight!!!! Sorry I dont know why this is soooo long:)

Congrats! I can think of a couple of names, but after thinking more about them I guess they rhyme with words that could lead to mean nicknames...good luck! We're still trying to decide on names, too! We'll probably decide the day he's born.

Brandon is picky too. He has to try out all the nicknames before he agrees to a name. LOL

Congrats!!! a little sister! That is awesome! I laugh at your 19 week picture because there is NO belly there! :o) You look great!

Blue said he thought you were pregnant, but I didn't think so because you're so tiny. Is that normal? And your third.. wow. Don't be surprised if you lose girlfriends over this...you know how we girls are! But really, congratulations. And thanks for your comment on the blog when we lost our baby. It meant a lot.
